Who to contact
The Resin Co is based at 11 Worcester Court, Llansamlet, Swansea, SA7 9FD. Owner and contact person: Kyle Lewis. For questions about personal information, email info@theresinco.co.uk or call 07957 150136. No inherited company registration details from the remixed website apply to this notice.
Information you choose to send
Calling or emailing may involve sharing your name, contact details, property address, photographs and information about the proposed work. Share only what is relevant to your enquiry and avoid sending sensitive personal information or photographs identifying other people unnecessarily. The online enquiry form and chat widget use GoHighLevel / LeadConnector through ScaleSuite. Information you submit through them is processed by that service for your enquiry.
Enquiry purposes and legal grounds
An estimate request involves information needed to discuss the proposed project. Steps you request before entering a contract can provide a legal basis for handling relevant enquiry information; consent, legitimate interests or legal obligations may apply to other processing depending on its purpose. The business must confirm which grounds apply to its actual records and any additional uses; this notice does not authorise unrelated marketing.
Service providers and retention
The website is hosted through Lovable. Calls, email and optional maps involve their respective service providers. Online form enquiries are handled through portal.scalesuite.co.uk, and the chat widget is supplied by LeadConnector. These embedded services receive browser requests and information you choose to submit. The business has not supplied a full provider list or a retention schedule for enquiry and project records, so no fixed retention period or additional sharing arrangement is stated here. Contact The Resin Co for details relevant to information you have supplied.
Google Maps and browser storage
The website stores your cookie choice in the browser. The contact-page Google Map is loaded only after you accept the map’s cookies. Once loaded, Google receives requests from your browser and may process technical information and set cookies under its own policies. Phone and email enquiry options remain available without loading the map. You can change your map preference from the cookie-policy page.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, UK data-protection law provides rights to access, correct or erase personal information, restrict processing, object to certain processing and request portability. Where consent is the legal basis, it can be withdrawn. Some rights have exceptions. Contact The Resin Co to discuss a request; if you are concerned about how information is handled, you can also contact the Information Commissioner’s Office.
Notice updates
This notice reflects the online enquiry form, chat, phone/email options and consent-gated map. It needs further review when the business confirms its recordkeeping, recipients and retention arrangements. It is not a statement that legal compliance has been independently certified.
