Built around everyday use
Tell us what the entrance or garden needs to do. Parking, paths, outdoor seating and retained features should work together rather than become disconnected parts of the property.

Our story
Based in Swansea. Led by Kyle Lewis.
The Resin Co is a surfacing and landscaping contractor based in Llansamlet, Swansea. Owner Kyle Lewis leads a business specialising in resin-bound installations, tarmac surfacing, paving and complete garden transformations.
We help domestic and commercial clients across South Wales improve the space around their property, from an entrance that brings parking and the front-door route together to a patio that connects the house and garden.
Our specialism is supported by Vuba-approved installer status and recognition as the only Vuba Elite Installer in Wales. The starting point for your project is still your site: how you use it, what you want to retain and the preparation the work needs.
Every project is quoted individually. Rather than selecting a standard package, discuss the layout, finish and agreed scope with us so the proposed work responds to your property.
Mission & standards
A considered finish starts with a clear scope.
Preparation alongside appearance
The visible finish is one part of the project. Discuss the existing construction, levels, edges and drainage before the work is agreed, so the scope includes the preparation needed for your site.
Individual project estimates
There is no fixed price list. The proposed work and finish are considered for your property. Ask about what is included and clarify arrangements with the team before committing to the installation.

The facts behind your decision
The Resin Co is Vuba-approved, Wales’ only Vuba Elite Installer, and holds £10 million public liability cover. Standard new driveways and patios have a 5-year guarantee. The 10-year guarantee applies where The Resin Co completes full excavation and builds the driveway or patio from the ground up.
The guarantee depends on the agreed construction scope, not the location or the finish alone. It should not be assumed to apply to all landscaping work. We do not publish unconfirmed experience years, job totals or response times.
