Local coverage
Swansea is our base as well as a confirmed service area. The Resin Co is located at 11 Worcester Court, Llansamlet, Swansea, SA7 9FD. We provide resin-bound driveways and patios, tarmac, paving, garden renovation and landscaping for domestic and commercial projects. Your enquiry goes to the same business whether you need a front entrance or a wider outdoor redesign.
A Swansea project may involve a close relationship between the street, parking and the front door, or a garden where paths and sitting areas sit at different levels. Rather than assuming the property’s age explains everything, we ask what is there now: thresholds, steps, existing surfacing, access width and any areas where water collects.
For a home with a compact frontage, a clear walking route beside a parked car can be as important as the finish. For a larger Swansea garden, the conversation may centre on making the patio feel connected to the house while keeping useful planting and a practical route to storage or a side gate.
Being based in Swansea does not establish an immediate arrival time. Site discussions and visits are arranged according to availability and your project. Call during 07:00–18:00 daily with your postcode and a short outline; we can then discuss the appropriate next step without promising an unconfirmed response window.

Choosing an installer for your Swansea project should involve more than a photograph of a finish. The Resin Co is owned by Kyle Lewis and serves domestic and commercial clients from Llansamlet, Swansea. Our installer status, insurance and driveway or patio guarantee conditions give you specific facts to discuss alongside the proposed work. Talk through the preparation, intended finish and connections to the parts of your property you want to retain before agreeing the scope.
The Resin Co is a Vuba-approved resin installer and the only Vuba Elite Installer in Wales. This is a confirmed resin installer status, not a claim that every outdoor service carries the same accreditation. Discuss your proposed resin-bound finish and the preparation for your property together, so the material and installation scope are considered as part of one project.
Our confirmed public liability cover is £10 million. Insurance is an important business fact, but it does not define what your estimate includes or replace the need for a clear scope. Ask about the proposed preparation, the features to be retained and the work being priced so your decision is based on both the business and your specific project.
Standard new driveways and patios have a 5-year guarantee. A 10-year guarantee applies where The Resin Co completes full excavation and builds the new driveway or patio from the ground up. The longer guarantee is tied to that construction scope, not simply to a location or finish choice. It should not be assumed to cover all garden renovation or landscaping work.
Before choosing a finish
Where a Swansea entrance meets a pavement, consider pedestrians, bins, gates and vehicle movement as one layout. A wider parking area does not automatically make the arrival easier if it removes the walking route or changes levels at the door. Any proposed vehicle-access alteration needs its own checks; surfacing an existing area is not the same decision as creating or changing an access.
If the driveway or garden slopes, document where the surface changes level and where rainfall travels. Steps, garage entrances and house thresholds constrain what can be built. The aim is not simply to flatten every space: an appropriate design may preserve some changes of level while making routes clearer. Swansea’s varied sites make a property assessment more useful than a standard drawing or a surface-only quotation.
An older Swansea home may have walls, gateposts or original features that influence the design. Where a property is listed or in a conservation area, check which changes need consent before work is agreed. Even without a designation, discuss features you want to retain so excavation, edging and new surfacing are considered around them rather than replacing the character of the entrance by default.
Swansea Council provides local planning information and advice on conservation areas. Check the property’s status and any access requirements before committing to the scope. Existing paving or an old driveway is not evidence that every proposed replacement or layout change is permitted.
How it works
01
Contact us with the Swansea address, postcode and the changes you want. Photographs showing the whole area, access and thresholds are more useful than a close-up of the surface alone. Explain normal use, existing concerns and the features you hope to retain so the conversation begins with a practical brief.
02
A site discussion should consider the existing surface, access, levels and drainage alongside your priorities. Where a visit is needed, arrange it directly with us. The purpose is to understand the property and proposed work, not to apply a standard specification or assume a fixed installation time from the area alone.
03
Talk through the proposed finish, preparation, edges and connections to retained areas. Your project is quoted individually. Ask for clarity about what is included, any separate requirements and the guarantee applicable to a new driveway or patio. Do not assume a deposit amount or payment arrangement that has not been agreed.
04
Once the scope is agreed, discuss available dates and practical arrangements for access to the area. Preparation and installation need to reflect the site and chosen system. No universal completion window is stated here. If the work must coordinate with another renovation, explain that before relying on a particular schedule.
05
Discuss the completed area, the agreed connections and any care information relevant to the installed surface. Ask how the applicable driveway or patio guarantee relates to your build scope. Material-specific care and any restrictions on use should be confirmed for the actual installation, not inferred from a generic promise about immediate use or maintenance-free performance.
Our Llansamlet address is the Swansea base for the wider South Wales service. The linked Gower, Neath and Llanelli pages describe other confirmed coverage areas; they are not separate branches. Tell us whether your project is a Swansea frontage, rear garden or commercial outdoor area so the conversation can focus on access and the actual work rather than a broad location label.
FAQs
Yes. Swansea is part of The Resin Co’s confirmed South Wales coverage. We are based at 11 Worcester Court, Llansamlet, Swansea, SA7 9FD and provide resin-bound driveways and patios, tarmac, paving, garden renovation and landscaping for homes and businesses. Send the full address and postcode with your enquiry so the discussion relates to your specific site and the work you want considered.
We do not publish a guaranteed response or arrival time for Swansea. Visits depend on the exact location, project and availability. Contact us during Monday–Sunday, 07:00–18:00 with your postcode and an outline of the work to discuss the next suitable step. Being within our coverage is not a promise of same-day attendance, an immediate survey or a fixed installation date.
Every Swansea project is quoted individually; there is no confirmed fixed price list or standard price per square metre. The area, intended use, existing construction, access, drainage and agreed preparation influence the scope. Photographs and approximate dimensions help start the conversation, but they are not a substitute for agreeing the actual work. Ask about the complete project rather than comparing only the visible finish.
No emergency installation or 24-hour response service has been confirmed for Swansea. Our opening hours are Monday–Sunday, 07:00–18:00. Call or email to discuss an urgent concern and ask about availability, but do not rely on an unconfirmed immediate repair promise. Outdoor project enquiries and agreed installation work should not be treated as an emergency callout service.
The confirmed conditions are the same in Swansea as elsewhere in our coverage: a 5-year guarantee on standard new driveways and patios, or a 10-year guarantee where The Resin Co completes full excavation and builds the new driveway or patio from the ground up. The build scope determines the condition. A resin finish alone does not establish the longer guarantee, and all landscaping work is not automatically included.

The Resin Co is based at 11 Worcester Court, Llansamlet, Swansea, SA7 9FD. Swansea is also part of our confirmed service coverage. That address identifies the business base; it is not a promise of a walk-in showroom or an immediate site visit. Please call or email first to discuss your property and arrange the next step.
Tell us which walls, paths, steps or planted areas you want to keep. Their condition, levels and relationship to the proposed surface need to be assessed before the scope is agreed. Retaining a feature can influence preparation and edges. If the property has protected status, obtain the relevant advice or consent rather than assuming a driveway replacement has no wider implications.
